Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, your digital code is usually delivered to your email address within 30 seconds.
You'll receive an email containing:
- Your digital code
- Instructions on how to redeem it
For some products, your code will also be displayed on the confirmation page immediately after your payment is completed.
🕒 I haven't received my code yet
If you haven't received your email:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- If you use Gmail, check your Promotions tab.
- Wait a few minutes, as occasional delays can occur.

Mobile Top-ups
For some products, such as mobile top-ups, your order may be delivered immediately, but your mobile provider may take a little longer to apply the credit to your account. In most cases, your balance is updated within 15 minutes.
