Once your payment has been confirmed, we'll send a confirmation email containing your digital code to the email address you entered at checkout. In most cases, you'll receive it within one minute.

Before contacting us, please check the following:
- Spam or Junk folder.
- Promotions tab (if you use Gmail).
- Search your inbox for Recharge, your order number, or the email address you used to place the order.
⏳ Still haven't received it?
There are a few possible reasons:
You entered the wrong email address
If you think you may have made a typo when entering your email address, don't worry. Contact our Customer Service team and we'll help locate your order and update your email address if needed.
Your order is still being processed
Although most orders are delivered within a minute, occasional technical issues or supplier delays can cause longer processing times.
If you still haven't received your code 24 hours after placing your order, please contact our Customer Service team. We'll investigate the issue and make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
