🌍 I bought a code for the wrong country, what can I do?

If you accidentally purchased a product or code for the wrong country or region, here’s how our refund process works.

🧾 When a refund may be possible
You may be eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

- The product is eligible for a refund
(Please note: some products are non-refundable based on the provider’s policy, even if it's unused.)
- The code or product has not been used, activated, or redeemed
- If the issue was caused by purchasing the wrong item, the correct replacement product has already been purchased

🚫 When a refund is not possible
Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided if:

- The code has already been used, activated, or redeemed
- The product is marked as non-refundable
- The correct replacement product has not been purchased

Once a digital code has been redeemed, the product or service is considered consumed and cannot be reversed.

💰 Recieving a Refund
If your refund request is approved:

- The product value will be refunded
- Service, processing, and administrative fees are non-refundable

Approved refunds are always sent back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Once processed, refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

📩 How to request a refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team and please include:

- Your order number
- The product purchased 
- A description of the issue 

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the product qualifies for a refund.

💡 Why are some codes country-specific?
Many digital products and gift cards are region-locked. This means they can only be activated in specific countries or regions, based on restrictions set by the product manufacturer or publisher.

Examples:

- A US gift card may only work on a US account or store
- A European code may not work on accounts registered outside Europe
