  • The product code has not been used or redeemed.

  • You have purchased the correct product for the right country first. Once verified, we can process a refund for the incorrect one.

⚠️ If the code has already been redeemed, or if the item is non-refundable, we’re unfortunately unable to issue a refund, as the product or service has already been consumed.

💰 2. Refund amount

When your refund is approved:

  • You’ll receive the value of the product only.

  • Service charges (including processing and administrative fees) are kept as penalties and are not refundable.

💳 3. Refund method & processing time

All approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account — this may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
