🧾 General policy

In general, we do not offer cancellations or refunds on digital codes once they are purchased.
Codes are unique and generated at the time of purchase, which means they cannot be cancelled or resold once issued.

✅ Exceptions

We may consider cancellations or refunds only in the following cases:

Unused codes for eligible products
Some products may be eligible for a refund, but only if the code has not been used.

Wrong country purchase
If you accidentally bought a code for the wrong country, we may be able to refund your purchase under these conditions:

  1. The code has not been used, and

  2. You purchase the correct product for the right country first.

Once these conditions are met, our team will review your request. 

If approved, we’ll issue a refund for the incorrect purchase. Should we proceed with a refund, we will refund the product values, the service fees will be charged as cancellation and processing penalties.

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once processed, it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account (this depends on your bank or payment provider).
