😅 I bought the wrong product, what can I do?

No worries — mistakes can happen. If you purchased the wrong product, we’ll do our best to help you find the right solution.

Below you’ll find how refunds work for incorrect purchases.


🧾 When a refund may be possible
You may be eligible for a refund if any of the following conditions are met:

- The product is eligible for a refund (Please note: some products are non-refundable based on the provider’s policy, even if it's unused.)
- You have contacted the provider and obtained written confirmation indicating the code is invalid, faulty or not yet activated. Please forward this over to us in order for us to investigate further. 
- You recieved a code via a URL link and you have not yet revealed the code


🚫 When a refund is not possible
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if:

- The code has already been used, activated, or redeemed
- The product is not eligible for refunds

Once a digital code has been redeemed, the service is considered used and cannot be reversed.

💰 Receiving a Refund
If your refund request is approved:

- You’ll receive a refund for the product value
- Service, processing, and administrative fees are non-refundable

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once processed, refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

📩 How to request a refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team and please include:

- Your order number
- The product purchased 
- A description of the issue 

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the product qualifies for a refund.
