😅 I bought the wrong product, what can I do?

No worries! Mistakes can happen, and we’re here to help you sort it out. Below you’ll find all the information you need about our refund policy for incorrect purchases.

🧾 1. Eligibility for a refund

Refunds are available only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product is eligible for a refund. Please note that not all products can be refunded, even if unused. Eligibility depends on the product type and our partner providers’ policies.

  • The product code has not been used or redeemed.

  • You have purchased the correct product first. Once we verify that, we can process a refund for the incorrect one.

⚠️ If the product code has already been used, or if the item is non-refundable, we’re unfortunately unable to issue a refund.

💰 2. Refund amount

When your refund is approved:

  • You’ll receive the value of the product only.

  • Service charges (including processing and administrative fees) are kept as penalties and are not refundable.

💳 3. Refund method & processing time

All approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, this may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

If you think you’re eligible, simply contact our support team and include:

  • Your order number

  • The product details

  • Proof of purchase of the correct product

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and let you know if your product qualifies for a refund.
