💰Quick fixes to try first

💳 Why was my card payment declined?
There are several common reasons why a payment may not go through:
- Insufficient funds or available credit.
- Incorrect card details, such as the card number, expiry date, security code, or billing address.
- Your bank has blocked the transaction for security reasons.
- Your card provider has temporarily restricted payments on your account.
If you're unsure why the payment was declined, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider directly. They'll be able to explain the reason and help you resolve it.
⏳ My payment shows as pending or reserved
If you see a pending, reserved, or blocked amount on your bank statement, this doesn't mean the payment was completed.
When a payment attempt fails, we automatically cancel the transaction. The funds remain yours, but your bank may temporarily hold the amount while processing the cancellation.
Most banks release these funds automatically within a few business days.
If the amount is still showing as pending after 5 working days, please contact your bank or card provider for an update.
Why did my PayPal payment fail?
PayPal payments may occasionally be declined for reasons such as:
- Security checks performed by PayPal.
- Restrictions on your PayPal account.
- Insufficient PayPal balance.
- Insufficient funds on a linked bank account or card.
