1. How can I pay with crypto?
Paying using cryptocurrency is simple and quick. Simply select "Pay with Crypto" at the checkout and enter your favorite currency. If you use Binance, simply click "Pay using Binance Pay" and complete the transaction in your app.
For other payment forms, you can complete the order in multiple ways:
Scanning the QR code;
Copying the wallet address and amount from the payment form and pasting them into your wallet
By clicking the “Open in Wallet” button.
Once you've chosen a cryptocurrency, your exchange rates are guaranteed for 25 minutes. As a result, you won't have to worry about pricing adjustments or block confirmations during the payment process. After you send the funds, you will receive a payment confirmation.
2. How secure is paying with crypto?
Our crypto payment provider is a MAS-licensed and FinCen-registered corporation. They comply to the strictest internal security and anti-money laundering rules in the globe. Furthermore, the fast confirmation feature validates accepted payments in seconds and immediately notifies you of the payment status.
3. What cryptocurrency can I use to pay?
You can pay with Bitcoin, Bitcoin Light, Ethereum, Tether (ERC20), Tether (TRC20), and USD Coin.
4. I don’t see crypto as a payment method. Why?
Crypto payment methods are only available in a few countries and for a few currencies. You'll only see the option to pay with cryptocurrency if it's available in your country or currency.

5. Can I get a refund when I paid with crypto payment methods?
We normally do not give refunds, regardless of the payment method. You may learn more about our return policy by clicking here. However, if you have a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Service so that we can assist you.
6. I was charged more than expected. What can I do?
If you believe you have been charged more than you should have, please first check the amount in your crypto wallet. If this is the case, our system will recognize it and return the cash automatically. If your issue has not been resolved automatically, please contact our Customer Service.
7. I didn’t receive my order but I was charged. What should I do?
Please check to see whether you paid less than what you were expected to. If this is the case, take a look at your cryptocurrency wallet. Our system will recognize it and return the cash automatically.

The difference in amounts is due to cryptocurrency fluctuations, which is why they may differ.
