But it looks like I've still been charged?
In some cases when a transaction has been cancelled for security reasons your payment provider may reserve the amount on our account. This means that the funds were not transferred to Recharge.com. It may take your payment provider a few working days to release these funds back into your account. For further information and support, we advise speaking directly to your payment provider.
